The Interstate Treaty includes:

- Provisions for the deployment of the Oreshnik missile system in Belarus by 2025
- Granting Minsk the authority to determine its use
- Framework for joint responses to threats, including the use of tactical nuclear weapons
- Updated defense doctrines
The leaders reviewed the stationing of tactical nuclear weapons in Belarus since 2023, affirming defensive use protocols under a November decree.
Further agreements included economic integration, such as increased port cooperation, and extending a high-speed rail from St. Petersburg to Minsk, as well as the establishment of unified energy markets. Both presidents emphasized addressing logistical challenges to deepen bilateral integration.
